A move-in day you don't have to run

You shouldn't spend move day acting as dispatcher, assembler, and cleanup crew. We scope the messy details before the crew shows up.

01

Booking

Share the move and building details

Send the route, move date, apartment size, building name, and management contact if you have it.

02

Before move day

We clear the paperwork

Ops sends the COI, requests the elevator or loading dock slot, and confirms what the building needs.

03

Move day

Movers handle the truck work

The moving crew loads, transports, and unloads your furniture and boxes with the access rules in mind.

04

Setup

Handymen build and place furniture

Beds, tables, storage, and core pieces get assembled so the rooms can work the same day.

05

Optional clean

The old place can be cleaned

If you add move-out cleaning, we coordinate the cleaner after the truck leaves your old apartment.

06

Closeout

You get the final check

We confirm the rooms, note anything that changed, and make sure you know what is done before closeout.

You get an hour estimate before booking. If the day changes, we flag the scope before the work grows.

Booking details

We handle the building paperwork

Most NYC and NJ buildings need a COI, elevator window, loading rules, or doorman contact before movers can enter. Send what you have when you book and ops will take it from there.

COI request

Send the building name and management email. We send the COI to management and track the approval before move day.

Elevator window

We request the freight elevator, loading dock, or move-in window your building requires.

Doorman contact

Add a management, doorman, or super contact so ops can confirm access details without putting you in the middle.

Standard COIs are handled as part of the booking. If your building has unusual insurance language or access rules, we flag it before move day.

Why one setup plan is simpler
