What stays out of the final bill
We confirm the route, access, and services first. The minimum is not a trap for add-on fees.
Truck and travel scoped first
Fuel, tolls, parking, and route distance are included in the written quote when they apply.
Stairs and access reviewed upfront
Stairs, elevators, long carries, and loading access are confirmed before the quote is locked.
No day-of surprise
If the move scope changes, we tell you before the crew starts or before the booking is updated.
Questions and answers
The boring questions are where surprise charges usually hide.
Which package should I book?+
Start with the job type. Labor-only is for loading, unloading, or same-building work. Small truck move is for compact local moves. Apartment move is for 1BR or heavier inventory. Bigger jobs or farther county routes get a custom written quote.
Can you pack for me?+
Yes. Choose You pack to keep the price lower, or choose We Pack and our crew visits the day before with boxes, tape, wrap, and labels. We Pack is recommended for a fully managed move.
Do I need to be home all day?+
No. We need access at the start, you reachable for decisions, and a walkthrough at the end. Go to work, run errands, or stay nearby.
What if it takes longer?+
The price you see is the price you pay. If the job changes before move day, we tell you in advance - never after.
Can you mount TVs or shelves?+
Standard mounting is available as an add-on when properly scoped. Complex walls, wire concealment, electrical work, ceiling mounts, and heavy installs are quoted separately.
Can you handle the whole move-in?+
Yes, when it is scoped in the written quote. We can handle moving, furniture disassembly or reassembly, building access, and add-ons when the details are clear before move day.
Who handles the actual move?+
Our moving crew handles the labor and truck work. Add-ons such as assembly, COI coordination, packing, or cleaning are scoped before booking.
What can change the price?+
Inventory, stairs, elevator rules, long carries, parking, distance, COI rules, packing, and assembly can change the quote. The point is to confirm those before move day so there are no hidden extras.
What does livable mean?+
Beds built, core rooms usable, kitchen and bathroom basics placed, boxes under control, and the apartment functional enough to sleep, shower, and make coffee.
