Which package should I book?+
Start with apartment size. Studio, 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR+ packages include the move, furniture assembly, room setup, and building paperwork.
Is a deposit required to book?+
Yes, after you approve the quote. A $50 deposit reserves the crew and is applied toward your move total.
When is the remaining balance due?+
The remaining balance is due one business day before your move through the online payment portal. If you prefer cash or certified check on move day, tell us before we send payment instructions.
Can you pack for me?+
Yes. Choose You pack to keep the price lower, or choose We Pack and our crew visits the day before with boxes, tape, wrap, and labels. We Pack is recommended for a fully managed move.
Do I need to be home all day?+
No. We need access at the start, you reachable for decisions, and a walkthrough at the end. Go to work, run errands, or stay nearby.
What if it takes longer?+
The crew flags it before continuing. No mystery extra hours at the end of a day when everyone is tired and pretending math still works.
Can you mount TVs or shelves?+
Standard mounting is available as an add-on when properly scoped. Complex walls, wire concealment, electrical work, ceiling mounts, and heavy installs are quoted separately.
Can you handle the whole move-in?+
Yes. The packages cover moving your things, assembling furniture, setting up rooms, and handling the building paperwork before move day.
Who handles the actual move?+
Our in-house moving crew handles transport. We coordinate the movers, handymen, building paperwork, and optional cleaner from one booking.
What can change the price?+
The price you see is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no stair fees, and no surprise charges on move day. If inventory, access, distance, COI rules, or approved extras change the job before your move, we tell you in advance.
What does livable mean?+
Beds built, core rooms usable, kitchen and bathroom basics placed, boxes under control, and the apartment functional enough to sleep, shower, and make coffee.
