Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nestled House, including our website, app, generated room concepts, product recommendations, checklist tools, and related services. By using Nestled House, you agree to these terms.

What Nestled House provides

Nestled House helps people evaluate homes, plan moves, style rooms, and shop furniture by processing listing information, photos, user preferences, and AI-generated recommendations. Outputs are for planning and inspiration. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from real-world dimensions, prices, inventory, lease terms, building rules, or professional advice.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account and checkout information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or session.
• You may use Nestled House only if you can form a binding agreement and are not barred from using the service by applicable law.

User content

You may submit listing URLs, photos, floor plans, prompts, messages, design preferences, task notes, budget information, and other content. You retain ownership of content you provide, but you grant Nestled House a license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, modify, and create outputs from that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

• You must have the rights needed to submit content to Nestled House and to let us process it.
• You may not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or highly sensitive information that is not needed for the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

AI outputs and recommendations

AI-generated designs, product matches, move tasks, summaries, and chat responses are not professional design, real estate, financial, legal, safety, or construction advice. You should independently verify measurements, lease terms, product availability, prices, shipping timelines, safety requirements, and suitability before making decisions.

Payments

Paid features, prices, taxes, and access periods are shown at checkout or in the product. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and their terms may also apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by Nestled House.

Third-party services and links

Nestled House may use third-party services for authentication, payment, email, hosting, storage, AI generation, product sourcing, browser automation, analytics, listing retrieval, and external shopping links. Third-party websites and services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms, privacy policies, prices, availability, and security practices.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, or attempt to reverse engineer non-public parts of Nestled House.
• Do not upload malware, spam, or content that violates law or another person's rights.
• Do not use Nestled House to make automated high-volume requests, train competing systems from the service, or resell access without written permission.
• Do not use outputs in a way that is deceptive, unlawful, or harmful.

Nestled House intellectual property

Nestled House and its software, interface, branding, workflows, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Nestled House or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the outputs generated for your personal move, home planning, or internal planning purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of Nestled House technology or branding to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information. By using Nestled House, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Nestled House, including features, providers, pricing, and access rules. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for Nestled House or others, or used the service unlawfully.

Disclaimers

Nestled House is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestled House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, purchase decisions, lease decisions, or third-party conduct. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Nestled House for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Nestled House from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Nestled House after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
